Booking terms & conditions
Last updated November 2026
Who we can treat
- The clinic treats adults aged 18 and over only.
- Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions and medications. Rachel will tell you if treatment cannot safely go ahead, and discuss what can.
- We may ask for details of your GP, and we may ask for medical information from another clinician before deciding whether a treatment is appropriate.
Consultation comes first
Every new client has a face-to-face consultation before any treatment. Prescription-only medicines are prescribed by Rachel after that assessment, and a separate prescription appointment may be needed before your first treatment.
Treatment is provided only where it is clinically appropriate. If it is not, you will be given the reasons and, where possible, an alternative or a referral.
Booking and prices
- Appointments are booked through the online diary, or arranged by message using the contact page.
- Prices are listed on the treatments page and are reviewed regularly. Your price is always confirmed in writing before treatment, and the confirmed price is the one that applies.
- Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless something different has been agreed in writing.
- Treatment courses are charged per session unless a course has been agreed and paid for in advance.
Changing or cancelling your appointment
- Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel, so the appointment can be offered to someone else.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed entirely, may be charged at the full treatment price. Any charge is explained before it is applied.
- If your appointment is cancelled by the clinic, we will offer the next available appointment or refund any payment made.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may not be possible to complete your treatment safely, and your appointment may need to be rearranged.
Consent and declining treatment
You will be asked to give informed, written consent before any treatment. You can change your mind at any point, including on the day.
Rachel may decline to provide a treatment, or stop a course of treatment, where it is not safe or clinically appropriate to continue.
Results and aftercare
- Everyone responds differently. Rachel will explain realistic expectations for your treatment, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
- You will be given written aftercare and asked to follow it, as most avoidable complications relate to the first 48 hours.
- Where a review appointment is included, such as the two week anti-wrinkle review, it is arranged in advance and included in the treatment price.
Complications and urgent concerns
Contact the clinic as soon as possible if anything concerns you after treatment, so it can be assessed and, where needed, treated quickly.
For urgent medical advice outside clinic hours, contact NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Photographs and reviews
Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your record. Photographs are never used publicly without separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Reviews and testimonials are published only where you have given permission, and you can ask for one to be removed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not responsible for the outcome of treatments provided elsewhere, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Complaints and governing law
Our complaints and aftercare policy explains how to raise a concern and what happens next.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
These terms apply to every appointment. Please read them before booking, and ask if anything is unclear.
